Refund policy
Because our products are freshly baked and perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standard, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs so we can investigate.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A partial refund
- A full refund
Refunds cannot be offered for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Products not stored according to any care instructions provided
- Minor cosmetic variations, as each bake is handmade
