Every Blue Moon Bakery order is freshly baked in small batches and carefully packaged to help it arrive in the best possible condition.

Orders are dispatched on the date confirmed at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Delivery

Delays

While we always aim for your order to arrive on time, Blue Moon Bakery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the products where possible.
